1. Service
NeuroTheos offers psychological consultations, counselling and brain-training sessions delivered online or in person, by appointment only. Sessions are conducted in English or Romanian.
2. Booking
A booking request submitted through this site is not an automatic confirmation. We will reply within 24 hours to confirm a slot. A session is considered booked only after written confirmation from us.
3. Fees & payment
Fees are communicated at the time of confirmation and depend on the type of session. Payment is due before or at the start of the session, by the agreed method. Invoices are issued on request.
4. Cancellation & rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged at full session rate.
5. Conduct
Sessions require mutual respect. We reserve the right to end and not re-book a session in case of abusive or threatening behaviour.
6. Confidentiality
Everything you share is confidential, with the exceptions required by the Romanian Code of Ethics for Psychologists (imminent risk of harm, child protection, court order).
7. Limitations
Psychological consultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care or psychiatric treatment. See the Medical Disclaimer.
8. Reviews
By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it on this site after approval. You can ask for its removal at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the registered office of the practice. Consumers may also use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
