1. Who we are
NeuroTheos is the private psychology practice of Silvana Capris, providing online and in-person psychological consultations. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data on this website.
2. What we collect
When you submit a booking or a review, we collect: your name, contact method (email or phone), the service you are interested in, your preferred date/time, and any message you choose to share. For reviews: an optional age and profession, and the text of your review. We do not use cookies for tracking; only an essential cookie that stores your language preference and your cookie-consent choice.
3. Why we use it
Strictly to: (a) confirm and schedule your session, (b) reply to your enquiry, (c) publish your review on the website after explicit approval, (d) keep simple records required by professional regulation. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Performance of a service requested by you (Art. 6.1.b), your explicit consent for review publication (Art. 6.1.a), and our legitimate interest in keeping records of professional contact (Art. 6.1.f). For sensitive (health-related) information shared during a session, Art. 9.2(h) — provision of health care — applies.
5. Retention
Booking records are kept for the duration required by Romanian professional and fiscal law (typically 5 years). Reviews remain published until you ask us to remove them. Unconfirmed enquiries are deleted after 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, restrict, port or delete your data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). Contact silvana.capris1@gmail.com for any request — we respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in the EU. Access is limited to Silvana Capris. Email is end-to-end protected in transit.
8. International transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The most recent version is always published on this page with a revised date.
